Welcome to NAGHEDI Immigration Inc

Our mission

Our mission is to navigate the complexities of immigration law with integrity, professionalism, and compassion, for each client to receive the best possible outcome.

Our vision

Supporting you in achieving your dreams of a better life in Canada by providing reliable and compassionate immigration assistance, for a smooth and positive experience for every client.

How it works?

  • We start with an initial consultation to understand your immigration goals, assess your eligibility, and discuss the best pathway for your situation. This includes discussing applicable government and professional fees.

  • After our initial consultation, if you choose to engage us as your legal representative, we will sign a service agreement. This formal contract outlines the scope of services, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, and other important clauses to ensure clarity and protection for both parties throughout the process.

  • Once the appropriate immigration program has been determined, we guide you through the documentation process, helping you gather and prepare all the required paperwork and fill out the forms accurately. Additionally, we enrich your application with a tailored submission letter that we prepare for you.

You will have access to all the forms and documents we prepare for you and be given a copy of them for your records.

  • After ensuring that all your documents are in order, we assist you with submitting your application, or depending on the case, submitting the application on your behalf as your authorized representative. You will be kept informed throughout the process.

  • We maintain regular communication with you, providing updates on the status of your application and addressing any concerns or questions you may have along the way.

If necessary, as your authorized representative, we will follow up with the respective immigration or refugee departments on your behalf to track the processing of your application.

  • Once a decision is made on your application, we notify you promptly and guide you through the next steps.

  • Even after your application is approved, we continue to offer support and assistance as you settle into your new life in Canada, providing resources and guidance to help you thrive.
