I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University in Canada with a specialization in Immigration and Citizenship Law. As a licensed counsel for the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), I am also authorized and honored to represent our clients in Appeals, Admissibility Hearings, Detention Reviews, and Removal Order Reviews before all four divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, when necessary. I've lived in Canada for nearly two decades as an immigrant myself, holding a bachelor’s degree in music, as well!

My journey into immigration law began in 2013, fueled by my passion to harmonize diverse voices of the indigenous communities and Canada's earlier settlers with recent arrivals and those aspiring to call Canada home.

In my varied roles as an Immigration Consultant (RCIC - IRB), Settlement Counselor, and Community and Court Interpreter in Canada, I've had the opportunity to assist diverse asylum seekers and immigrants with the legal processes of their immigration, refugee claims, settlement, and integration. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the transformative power of immigration and the importance of creating pathways to success for persevering individuals and families.

In founding NAGHEDI Immigration Inc., I aim to continue my mission of providing professional, personalized, and compassionate assistance to those navigating the complexities of immigration and refugee journeys. I believe that together, we can build a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone who strives to make the world a better place to live for themselves and others.
